MODUL UNIVERSAL INDUSTRIAL ovens of the PUN series can be used to treat any type of agro-food product. They are particularly suitable for trolleys with trays for medium-density loads, and for products in shapes and sizes that hinder vertical circulation of the air, with the limit of high tray density trolleys.

The following are examples of products treatable:

  • Cooked sausages, etc.
  • Frankfurters
  • Cooked hams
  • Mortadella (using the baking cycle only)
  • Roast meats
  • Hot-smoked fish
  • Hot-smoked cheese
  • Meat products in general
  • Typical local or regional products

MODUL UNIVERSAL INDUSTRIAL ovens of the AT and HT series can be used to treat any type of agro-food product provided the load on the trolleys or supports allows vertical circulation of the air. The products must therefore be hung from the special bars or placed on the grilles of the trolley trays, spaced out so as not to create any horizontal barrier. It is necessary to take this step because at high temperatures there is a tendency towards significant temperature stratification, which only excellent ventilation can eliminate.

  • All products treatable with the previous series
  • Roast meats
  • Local or regional products requiring high-temperature heating cycles.
